Have you tried public middle school, only to find it wasn’t the right fit for your learner? Maybe full-time homeschooling seemed like a solution, but it didn’t quite click either. What if there was a better way—a middle ground designed just for your child’s unique needs? That’s where we come in!
At Transitions Microschool, we specialize in empowering middle-grade students (approximately ages 9–14) to thrive in an environment that’s as safe, inclusive, and caring as it is inspiring. Our passionate educators offer personalized instruction tailored to each student, helping them build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to achieve their goals.
When traditional options don’t align with your learner’s needs, Transitions Microschool is here to provide a fresh alternative—one where students are encouraged to embrace their individuality, discover their passions, and forge their own path to success. Let’s make education work for your child!
At Transitions Microschool, we believe that every student has the potential to succeed, but the traditional school system may not be the best path to success for every student. We strive to create an inclusive, caring, engaging, and supportive learning environment that empowers all students to be their authentic best, so they can reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
At Transitions Microschool, we offer a variety of themed units designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of our students. From vocational training to college prep, our units are designed to support students with the skills and knowledge to put the pieces of their learning together. Students are better able to see the BIG picture when they can understand how the parts fit together.
Our experienced and dedicated teachers are passionate about teaching and are always searching for new and innovative ways to deepen students' learning while infusing fun and laughter into every lesson. Our teachers strategically plan units where reading, writing, history, science, math, art, and computer science all come together as students build, create, design, and explore.
